We had a beautiful and exceptional stay. The entire staff was amazing and welcoming, especially the front desk team, who were always there to help with any questions or concerns. They were very caring towards my grandchildren. The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was excellent with no complaints. The location was great.

I booked my hotel room online when I got to the hotel I was told my points will not apply since I booked it on line. This was the first time I heard this and that made me very disappointed.

The room was very nice. The welcome on the TV was a nice touch. Bed was nice and comfy.
